Warehouse Manager

- Manage sources of raw materials warehouse,packaging materials warehouse,finish goods warehouse.By practice management,inspection and arrangement to ensuaring the activities of goods receipt & goods issue raw materials / packaging material / finish good agreed volume of product(s) in conformity with SHE requirements, best practices, GMP, BRC and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain the physical condition of warehouse and carry out regular housekeeping activities to ensure that the warehouse is in tip top condition at all times
- Monitor expiry dates of products, damaged and obsolete products, Produce management reports related to stock levels by SKUs and batch.
- Implement Inventory procedure to guarantee an accurate Stock Situation: conduct accurate record keeping and regular cycle counts.
Manage and ensure warehousing operations. This includes:
- Define clear duties and responsibilities to each team members, Ensure that staff is adequately trained (security, hygiene, job knowledge).
- Loading and Returns that impact the stock situation, Build, lead and motivate the warehouse team to assure timely and cost- effective service levels.
- Receiving, Storing, Stock Replenishment, Picking and Packing, Labeling, Dispatching of orders.
- Ensure complete staff attendance, Maintain strong relationships with internal departments like:
- Segregate clearly a same product according to expiry date/batch
- Ensure stock adjustments with reason code after investigation of discrepancies (Report given to the Finance department) following each cycle counts and stock takes
- Clear Segregation of products by category and by supplier in the warehouse for easier recognition, picking, replenishing, counting, etc.

Good computer skill: Word, excel, power point…
Must have a minimum of 3 years in a similar position
Bachelor Degree or above in business administration, manufacturing and related fields,…
Knowledge of ware house safety.
Have experiences at manufacturing enterprise
Ability to work under high working pressure
Broad knowledge of ware house management disciplines.
Good communication and solving problem.
Good English communication
Can use software SAP
