Job Description:
Apply business and process knowledge to manage/recommend alternate courses of action in handling day to day operations/problem solving.
Responsible for ensuring the action plans under company to support the overall dispatch performance.
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
Manage the daily operations of Warehouse.
Work closely with logistics, sales and marketing departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company&039;s policies and applicable laws.
Maintains and update sales & inventory reports and submit monthly report for corporate reporting
Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.
Manage overall Warehouse operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures.
Manage budget to align with goals of business.
Root cause analysis on performance and resolution recommendation involving process improvement, technical or job issue
Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting.
Inventory management.
Requirements:
Must possess experience in a multi- channel order fulfillment business environment
Strong analytical skills, including analysis and interpretation of complex business documents as well as statistics and modeling
Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; possess solid judgment, problem- solving and decision- making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to strong interpersonal skills
Need somebody from e- commerce like Lazada, Tiki,... who specializes in fulfillment, warehouse, supply chain
Demonstrated experience in LEAN, ISO, or a formal quality management system designed to achieve continuous improvement
3- 5 years experience in supply chain/fulfillment/ warehouse/logistics
