Warehouse Manager (Bắc Ninh)

* Warehouse Operations
- Initiate warehouse process improvement discussion
- Formulate and review operational strategies and tactics to provide quality services that meet customers’ requirements and at the same time achieve good financial performance
- Ensure that the overall management of the warehouse system and operations are efficient and are able to meet customer requirements and contractual requirements.
- Monthly inspection of IRA stock count to ensure Goods security
* Customer Service
- Submission of feedback reports to customer.
- Liaising with customer on any ad hoc coordination
- Set-up discussion with customer for monthly & weekly performance review
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers to understand their requirements, obtain feedback on service performances and response to enquiries and service issues highlighted by customer
* Vendor Management (Sub Contractor)
- Monthly performance review with sub-contractor
- Coordinate with Sub-contractor to achieve lower cost solution for the Operations.
- Coordinate with HQ to enhance accurate and efficient contractor payment process flow
- Assist Sub-contractor to solve problem with the basis of partnership
- Source and evaluate cost effective sub-contractors to lower our operations cost
- Ensure vendor achieve performance as required
- Approval for Contractor payment
* Command Center (office)
- Develop and train staff to achieve their maximum potential
- Identify and record process quality problems and initiate or recommend solution to these problems, verify and control the implementation.
- Conduct Monthly or Ad hoc In-house Operations discussion meeting to keep staff informed and aligned
- SOP Process Owner of SIP Audit Program
- Trainer for WMS_Online Overview, Reports, Enquires and WH Administration modules
- Monthly performance record (KPI) for Operations.
- Conduct Self Improvement program to achieve better warehouse and customization efficiency
- Provide leadership to achieve excellent QA rating
- Take leadership in identifying & delivering any saving & Improvement opportunities for the Operations

- Good warehouse management knowledge and experience
- Possess experience in 3PL industry will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of computer and WMS, SAP, TMS
- Have deep experience in people management
- Problem solving and decision making skills
