Warehouse Manager (English fluently)

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient and safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role ensures productivity targets are met and warehouse processes are running smoothly and compliant with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain warehouse layout, safety standards, and housekeeping (5S or similar).
Prepare regular warehouse performance reports for management.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
Ensure accurate inventory control, stock movement, and timely reporting.
Lead and supervise warehouse staff (team leaders, forklift drivers, pickers, etc.).
Plan for manpower needs and organize regular staff training and performance evaluations.
Oversee usage and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
Lead or support warehouse- related improvement projects (e.g., WMS upgrades, automation, cost reduction).
Manage day- to- day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and storage activities.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards (e.g., fire safety, material handling regulations).
Monitor and improve KPIs such as picking accuracy, on- time delivery, space utilization, and stock loss.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience with ERP or WMS systems is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Skills & Competencies:
Solid understanding of warehouse KPIs and logistics workflows.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem- solving abilities.
Good communication skills in [English/Vietnamese/both – adjust as needed].
Familiarity with health & safety standards in warehouse environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Knowledge of lean warehousing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or e- commerce industries.
