Warehouse Officer

Material Master Data Management:

Develop purchasing specifications based on NSRP standards, ensuring parts meet all requirements.
Conduct physical inspections of warehouse parts to identify discrepancies and create detailed descriptions with accurate measurements.
Extract key information from manufacturer catalogs, reference documents, and other relevant sources.
Standardize and catalog material data to eliminate duplicate orders and ensure clarity
Maintain a logical and standardized format for material descriptions, following established guidelines.

Inventory Management:

Manage inventory levels effectively, conducting cycle counts and addressing discrepancies promptly.
Prepare reports on inventory movement, including daily, weekly, and monthly analyses.
Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate record keeping of inventory movements.

Warehouse Operations:

Coordinate the efficient storage of received parts, maximizing warehouse space utilization.
Manage the issuance of spare parts, following FIFO or FEFO methods as appropriate.
Oversee the receiving process for incoming shipments, ensuring all parts are logged and verified.

Data Accuracy and Integrity:

Uphold data integrity by reviewing existing master data, identifying and rectifying errors, and ensuring consistency across all systems.
Maintain accurate and complete data entry for all inventory movements within the CMMS or other designated systems.

Collaboration:

Work closely with team leads, managers, and buyers to obtain necessary data from suppliers for accurate material identification.
Assist PS in specifying the correct item based on technically accurate descriptions.
Coordinate with operations and supply chain leads to flag obsolete or inactive items within the material master data.

Any advance certification course in Supply chain, Warehouse , Inventory management is a plus.
At least 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar position in international companies

Skill:

High responsibility in works and work under high pressure.
Professional experience with SAP/MAXIMO or WMS SYSTEM.
Ability to work under pressure in an environment which expects the highest levels of customer service, confidentiality and ethical behavior.
Ability to work well with supervisors, leaders, managers.
Competent with Microsoft office application: word, excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of inventory management.
Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics etc.
Self- motivated and works well in an international multi culture team environment.
Willing to learn a new thing & be able to work under high pressure.
High data analytical skills. Proficient in basic math skills.
Able to work well in a team especially in multi- culture team as well as independently.
A significant knowledge of HSE issues related to operations requirements for material handling, transportation, warehouse and pipe yard, datasheet certificates and safety data sheets (SDS).
Knowledge of petroleum materials & equipment is a plus.
Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets as well as having experience using an email system and making searches on the Internet.
Spare Parts data management skillful.
Good Reporting skills.
Proficient knowledge of English.
