Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Daily Operations:
Inbound:

Review warehouse capacity and arrange bookings for customers.
Monitor data processing plans for inbound shipments.
Check PO/ASN and contact relevant parties if discrepancies are found.
Verify draft documents against CI/PL, confirm with factory and broker, print and stamp for approval.
Track and reconcile inventory between WMS, customs systems, and customer systems.
Print inbound tally sheets and documents before unloading products.
Handle issues related to damaged/dirty/broken containers or vehicles; send NC (non- conformance) reports to customers if unloading issues occur.

Outbound:

Send packing reports to customers upon completion (including shortages, overages, or damages).
Print picking lists based on orders.
Receive pick ticket releases, consolidate orders, and run waves for packing.
Update Mbolkey for outbound documentation processing.
Coordinate with stakeholders (carriers, vendors, customers).
Plan outbound transportation and update master plans/trucking schedules.
Track and update booking releases and packing lists for forwarders.

Documentation Management:

Collect and store documents related to operational activities.
Receive customer feedback and collaborate with operations supervisors to respond.
Perform other tasks as assigned by operations supervisors/managers.
Report system or data issues and follow supervisor/manager instructions to resolve them.

Project Development:

Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Participate in new projects to set up, test, and deploy operational processes.

Meet customer and departmental KPIs.

Proficient in written English communication.
Detail- oriented and strong in data processing tasks.
Prior experience in logistics and warehousing is a plus.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Diploma or higher education.
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse planning or general planning.
