To drive continuous processes improvement and cost reduction program
• Implementing SPS system.
Achieve the targeted SPS Score and maintain for the year through continuous improvement tools and techniques, and involve on standardization deployment with benchmarking and knowledge sharing.
Ensure safety & ergonomics conditions in warehouse and material handling activities
Organization for evacuation of finish goods and waste
Ensure reliability of warehousing time definition
Execute ME functions according to the business objectives and policies & procedures. Continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the functions. Drive down overall cost of manufacturing including cycle rates, head counts, administration expenses, material scrap
Waterspider loop design and optimization
Adapt continuous improvement approach the MPH and Warehouse in order to optimize safety, quality, lead time & cost
Global architecture for Warehouse
Define and involve the information system in line with the principles set out in MPH & Warehouse

- Job Related Experience: At least 2 years practical experience in advanced manufacturing field. Minimum 2 years experience on similar position
- Education: Graduated from Technical University, or Technology and Education University (Major: Industrial Engineering, Industrial System engineering, Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics)
Business Understanding: Line design, Kaizen activities, Process improvement, Lean concept

• Extensive knowledge of Industrial Engineering philosophies and processes
• Proven track record in driving corrective actions and implementing change

• Strong communication skill, decisive, organized, good analyst, passionate.
Languages:
• Fluent in oral and written English.
