Warehouse/ QC Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:
***Warehouse:
- Organize a physical inventory of all stocks as directed by the Production Manager.
- Organize and manage the warehouses including raw materials, blanks, and finished products.
- Ensure the control and security of all warehouses and their stocks.
- Organize and direct a quality control inspection of all incoming materials prior to stocking, reporting all results to the Production Manager.
- Ensure good housekeeping of the warehouses and comply with all safety standards.
- Compile and submit a quality control report for all inspections.
- Organize and manage the packing of all shipments and deliver the related packing list as directed.
- Manage and supervise all Workers, Storeroom Keepers, and Quality Control staff in the Warehousing Section.
- Maintain an ongoing and updated accounting of all stocks including raw materials, blanks, and finished products, and report as requested by the Production Manager.
***QC:
- Arrange the people to meet with the planning for selection/packing/shipping to ship on time as shipment plan.
- Carrying out other tasks according to the requests of the Production Manager.
- Setup the standard for raw materials/blanks/components and finished products.
- Setup the Customer standard when they want higher than local standard.
- Training for all quality staff & selection workers to know well the standard.
Working Relations:
- Reports directly to the Production Manager.
- Works cooperatively with the Production Management staff.

- Good English language skills or ongoing study towards English language improvement.
- Able to work efficiently under high pressure conditions.
- Highly motivated, very good leadership skills, honest, careful, and reliable.
- Able to work independently and also willing to work with Vietnamese and foreign management.
- At least 03 years working experience in production stock management.
- Graduated from college or university.
- Agreeable with flexible working hours.
- Experienced in supervising and directing a team of workers.
- Good computer skills.
