Warehouse Senior

(1) BROAD SCOPE:
- General in charge of claim resolving in Food Fresh warehouse.
- General in charge of AR / AP payment in Food Fresh warehouse;
- General support of operation in Food Fresh warehouse;
(2) ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cost and contract management
- Monitoring warehouse operating costs (including but not limited to manpower, materials, consumable cost…)
- Prepare necessary documents related to monthly billing jobs and submit to customer on time (AR)
- Verify and confirm costs submitted by LSP
- Understanding contract and monitor all relevant cost under contract
- Collect and verify relevant cost and invoices incurred in designated warehouse operation
GR Document
- Make the detail report for the leader about lead time and volume from supplier, farm
- Monitor the Actual Time Arrival (ATA), volume from supplier, Farm and record into the excel sheet.
- Input the actual GR volume from supplier and farm and ensure the GR volume follows the planned GR volume
- Make the GR notes and handle to the supplier, manage and correct the data if there is discrepancy between the delivery note and the actual GR
GI Document
- Print the GI document including: Delivery note, crate hand-over, sealing note… to hand over to the truck driver
- Receiving the Trucking plan from transport team and upload the data to the system
- Make the detail report for the leader: Seal report, lead-time report, crate report…
Data Controller
- Print the label for the unit pick goods
- Upload the data for the weighing process based on the DO from customer
- Monitor the gap between GR volume from supplier, farm and GI volume
- Build the layout for stores based on the volume each day
- Manage the data of the weighing process, make the additional data if needed
Receiving Claim
- Access the system (Web-Portal) to receive more details about the proof
- Receive the information about claim from stores through email
- Re-check the compliance of the proof in accordance to the SOP
Root Cause Analysis
- Deep-dive on the proof and the data, picture, video of warehouse operation and cooperate with other departments to find out the root cause of the claim.
- Classifying the root cause from stores/transportation/warehouse and get the confirmation from DC Manager
Report management
- Regular report to management
- Make the daily report about the claim resolving result to send to related parties
- Monitor lead-time of report to customer

(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
- University graduate
(b) EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3-year experience in logistics, warehouse operation; distribution warehouse is preferred.
- Excellent MS Office skills
(c) SKILLS:
- Good problem solving skill
- Able to work well independently and in team
- Excellent Excel skills
- Honest, able to work under high pressure
