Warehouse Specialist - Material Flow

*This role will be working temporarily at LEGO temporary office in District 1, HCMC (shuttle bus is provided from Bien Hoa, Binh Duong to the office) and be relocated to Binh Duong in 2025.
Core Responsibilities:
• Supports daily material flow activities based on business demand and production needs
• Driving root cause and problem solving activities in the warehouses to eliminate re- occurring troubles of based on data analysis which are delivered by Combi Specialist
• Is responsible for optimal production material flow in the entire factory
• Acts as an expert- provides consultancy and expertise
• Actively participates and drives knowledge sharing in Process Expert Network (PEN)
Material flow in factory is very complex and must be watched, maintained and optimized to be able to comply with production needs, the role keeps whole factory moving thru process knowledge and data analyzes.
Logistic within factory is of the key player to support all production departments. It starts with receiving of material, storage of material in the warehouse, supplying production lines and loading the finished products which goes to distribution center.
The role brings optimalization of processes and whole material flow based on data.

Do you have what it takes?
• Experience with BI (Business Intelligence)
• SAP system experience
• Collaboration / stakeholder management
• Openness and willingness to learn
• MS Excel level expert
• Minimum 3 years experience in warehousing or logistics as leader or specialist
• English C1
• Ability to solve complex problems- LEAN experience
• Analytical thinking and ability to perform analyses
• Understands how a manufacturing company works
• Autonomous and self- driven

• Logistic Education
• Automated warehouse experience
• Experience in similar position
