Warehouse Specialist

We are a Canadian- owned global homeware design and manufacturing company with operations in China, Hong Kong, Canada, USA, South America and Europe. We have an international team of in- house designers and a global network, with our products available in over 120 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Make work plan according to the receiving and issuing situation, summarize and analyze the problems in the work and improve them
Regularly report to the manager the situation of scrap and sluggish finished products and offer suggestions to prevent dead stock
Responsible for daily work management of warehouse materials and semi- finished products and handling of abnormal events
Organize the inventory of goods and equipment in the warehouse on a quarterly basis to ensure the consistency of cards, accounts and materials

Proficient with Microsoft office, e.g. Outlook, Excel, word, etc.
High school or above; Good spoken English or Chinese is a must
3 years’ experience in warehouse management
SAP definitely is an extra but strong advantage
Good communication capability, strong MBO mindset and sense of security
