Warehouse Staff (New Factory)

· Check the production plans and the material status to keep the inventory all present and accounted for.
· Contribute kaizen ideas.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
· Receive new materials from suppliers and manage necessary tools as pallets and trolleys etc.
· Check, control and record the quantities of the material in the warehouse.
· Calculate and distribute material, cartons etc. for daily production line activities.
· Comply with labor safety process and company regulations.
· Receive the request forms from other departments and prepare materials.
· Input the material movement and status data into SAP system, make reports and data analysis.
· Immediately report any deviations for further processing in the event of a material shortage or excess inventory.

· Have knowledge of material control and at least 01 year of experience as material control/warehouse staff.
· Language: English communication and writing.
· Can commute by motorbike to work.
· Be capable of handling multi- tasks, prioritizing and working with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Education: University/ College
· Be capable of working well with management and staff at all levels.
· Have good analytical, strategic thinking, time management skills.
· Be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
