Check the actual goods at the factory against the inventory list of the accountant and report the difference (if any)
Print and label the finished veneer product after sorting- > Make a warehouse receipt.
Take a photo of the finished product when exporting from the warehouse or/and selling- > Make a warehouse receipt
Take pictures of the finished product (veneer) received from the factory after slicing, cutting and grading.
In case production management requires veneer classification such as mixing, separating, and merging; it is necessary to:

Check and notify the accountant that the "veneer details" data of the new packages after classification is completed has been uploaded to the company&039;s scanner system.
Monitor the recording/creation of labels for new veneer packages after classification has recorded all the necessary information.
Monitor and take pictures and send them to the accountant: the packages that need to be taken out for classification, and the new packages after classification is completed.

Contact the factory to collect detailed data of the finished product (Veneer tally sheet) after cutting and grading, then send it to the accountant.
Perform other tasks as required by the company&039;s production manager (Ananth):

Ensure pallet labels are fully affixed after cutting and after sorting, inspect pallets to ensure label information and case numbers match.
Grade veneer after cutting, scan data after grading as required to upload to the software promptly.
Take pictures and save after sorting. Take pictures of veneer and save veneer after slicing and after cutting as required.
Note results after sorting and report promptly after sorting is completed.
