Job Description:
Reports to: Material Management Manager and General Director
Responsibilities and Goals for the Role:
Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by leadership, ensuring compliance with company regulations and Vietnamese law.
Oversee warehouse operations in Vietnam, focusing on efficiency and adherence to KPI targets.
Maintain weekly and monthly Warehouse KPI targets, reporting on progress and working towards goals.
Develop, implement, and monitor warehouse processes to ensure optimal performance.
Tasks and Recurring Activities:
Plan and oversee logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
Coordinate with the company&039;s functions to achieve operational goals.
Drive sourcing activities and cost improvements for logistics operations.
Manage and update the improvement list related to Warehouse KPIs.
Support the company&039;s culture by assisting as needed, as directed by the general site manager.
Conduct performance management and salary reviews with the team.
Develop and implement effective inventory management procedures.
Ensure compliance with IMS and EHS requirements.
Analyze and enhance goods movement efficiency across the supply chain.
Monitor and report daily and weekly status, issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven ability to lead and manage staff effectively.
Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
Exceptional communication abilities in both Vietnamese and English.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
Excellent cross- functional cooperation skills at all levels.
