*This role will be working temporarily at LEGO temporary office in District 1, HCMC (shuttle bus is provided from Bien Hoa, Binh Duong to the office) and be relocated to Binh Duong in 2025.
Core Responsibilities:
• Performing analyzes from available data sources
• Report to manager or to other responsible persons, the results of analyzes
• Deploying the knowledge of the system and material flow to warehouse operators
• Supporting optimalization of material flow in the entire factory
• Knowledge and understanding of Warehouse Management System – COMBI 2.0
• Represents the factory at COMBI 2.0 global meetings
• Transfers warehouse/material flow process changes to the system
• Solving daily issues in the warehouse management system based on operational problems
Logistic within factory is of the key player to support all production departments. It starts with receiving of material, storage of material in the warehouse, supplying production lines and loading the finished products which goes to distribution center.
COMBI 2.0 needs to be maintained and its knowledge must be deployed to shopfloor to be able to run the entire production so that brings great opportunity to understand main production processes and all warehouse processes in details.
The role brings settings into whole logistics and drives material flow thru warehouse management system – COMBI 2.0

Do you have what it takes?
• SAP system experience
• MS Excel at expert level
• English B2 as minimum
• Ability to perform analyses
• Openness and willingness to learn
• Understands how a manufacturing company works
• Autonomous and self- driven
• Collaboration / stakeholder management
• SAP advanced level
• Experience with logistics processes in a manufacturing plant min. 1 year
* Nice to have:
• BI (Business Intelligence) experience
• Logistic Education
