Warehouse Team Leader

This position is responsible for materials receiving, materials storing and handling, materials movements, and finished goods receiving, picking, and releasing on- time, material security including for both direct and indirect materials. Leading team members to implement tasks safely, high quality.

Working at Tan Phu Trung (Cu Chi,Ho Chi Minh)

Instructing containers, trucks to dock and checking documentations, seal of container
- Unloading, counting, comparing with shipping documentations, report to leader if abnormal issues
- Preparing FGs follow shipment schedule
- Training for newcomers and refresh training for existing members
- Receiving and storing finished goods (FGs) to right location. Ensuring FGs packing have enough labels and OQC pass.
- Delivering materials to production, ensure getting production signature for receiving material confirmation
- Informing to Data System staff after checking shipment information
- Unsealing and checking condition of container, report to leader if any abnormal issues
- Picking materials following Job orders requirement, informing to Data System once complete picking
- Informing to leader if any abnormal issues such FEFO, packing quality…
- Moving materials to right warehouse locations, attach right label on materials before storing to warehouse locator
- Leading and engaging team in continuous improvement and cost saving
- Arranging FGs into the container properly
- Ensuring material quantity physical and system are matching
- Checking labels to ensure right SKUs, right lot number, right quantity
- Managing warehouse keepers to ensure safety and daily warehouse operations are smoothly
- Storing materials have to follow First Expire First Out (FEFO)

Minimum 03 years in warehouse operations
Forklift driving
Intermediate level
MS OfficeEnglish communication
