- Implementing and overseeing security operations.

- Develop warehousing network
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
- Be responsibility for PnL of assigned warehouse
- Motivating and disciplining staff.
- Ensuring all of activities of warehouse follow safety and compliance requirement stickily.
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.
- Report to Warehouse manager
- Develop and publish KPI
- Manage 100 headcount
- Inventory accuracy

- Analysis mindset and numbering driven thinking.
- Good English in 4 skills.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment, with short deadlines.
- Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Power Point);
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Strong leadership required.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Able to travelling
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and customers.
- Understand deeply about logistics industry Vietnam geography is MUST
- Bachelor Degree or above
- 2+ years warehouse management experience. Especially in manage multi users warehouse
- Resourceful, self- driven, proactive and independent working mindset.
