Warehousing Supervisor

This position is to:
• Knowledge of processing of warehouse controlling.
• Control the issues of warehouse
• Ensure the supply on time to production request.
• Receive all material local & over sea
• Issue all material to Production requirement and Pick list.
* Warehouse Operations
- Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness and security at the working environment
- Ensure effective, safe operations by implementing procedures and policies
- Conduct cycle counts and stock counts as procedure defined
- All stock issues are resolved and feedback to person involved
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods
- Control age sensitive materials to limit goods expired date
* Human Resources and Leadership

- Ensure you have the right people in the right jobs, by consistently using proper interview and selection techniques and methodologies throughout your organization.

- Ensure a free flow of two- way information for your organization to work effectively and communication channels are active and open.

- Ensure an accident- free environment by following all EH&S policies and procedures, maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment and openly endorsing and creating an attitude that all accidents are preventable within your sphere of influence.
- Ensure your team is staffed, motivated, inspired, engaged, and empowered to deliver a high and sustainable performance level in an ever- changing environment at a cost level the organization can sustain and reflects market realities.
* Inventory Management
- Maintain and manage documents in compliant with ISO.
- Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate to ensure the stock figure tally with Finance
- Maintain full stock transparency & accountability
- Oversee warehouse activities to ensure the efficient utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw material and finished goods inventories

Educational Background
Specialisation in Supply Chain, Logistics is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s Degree.
Working Experience
· Good at English Communication & writing skills.
· At least 2+ years’ experience in warehouse operations with experience in using ERP software (Glovia preferred)
· Demonstrated ability to work in a team- based environment.
· Good command of computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· 1+ year of working experience as WH Supervisor or relevant positions is a plus.

Ability to drive forklift is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast- paced environment.
Ability to lead and manage a team in warehousing working environment.
Good computing skills, preferably with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in high volume and pressure.
Self- motivated with good time management skills.
