Wealth Manager

Can build tie-up to grow customer base at scale and cost effective manner and/or cooperate with business function in the Company to grow number of customers using wealth service.
Know how to build procedure, process, service level, customer value proposition for wealth client.
Have strong exposure on understanding and serving Wealth clients, growing business, customer base, share of wallet.
Strong business acumen on customer needs arising, know how to propose Head office functions new products to meet arising need of client and work with them side by side to make it happen.
What will you do
- Developing Investment Strategies for clients based on customer need and personal context. Selling & servicing clients with investment/research ideas to maximize revenues and clients’ benefits.
- Reporting to Head of Wealth Direct.
- Developing new and existing institutional and wealth client relationships
- Successfully revived business from many accounts which were dormant using strong relationship network and aggressive sales servicing.
- Contributing investment ideas and working closely with IB, Finance, Security Service, Research, Asset management….. to improve and validate product and service offerings - To generate revenue by presenting investment opportunities to wealth clients.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.

- Ability to work with different function in the company to serve clients’ need at company’s level and leverage company’s customer base
- Ability to interpret research, corporate, market insights and communicate effectively to clients
- 4 - 5 years experience in investment banking or wealth management. CFA level 2, MBA, oversea study, hand-on experience IPO, private placement, PE would be an advantage
- Ability to understand client requirements and to design/provide appropriate products and service
- Excellent communication and selling skills of financial ideas, investment opportunity and market updates
- Enthusiastic and a Team player, strong will and energy, entrepreneurship mindset/spirit
