Web Service UI/UX Designer

YOUR JOB WILL BE
Research:

Research and analyze requirements from gathered information.
Assist in conducting usability testing and user research.
Conduct solution audits UI/UX
Information Gathering: Working with customer experience (CX) team to know clear about user needs, and product opportunities. Gather information from users and stakeholders and collaborate with related departments for a deeper understanding of business issues and opportunities.

Design:

Work closely with the Product team in Head quarter to understand product logic and develop user flow.
Prepare essential handoff documents in figma and collaborate effectively with developers and testers to meet expectations.
Experience in creating design systems (UI elements, Components, Patterns,...)
Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation, including design specifications and style guides.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product designs.

Writing:

Write clear and concise content across multiple touchpoints (including product features, emails, notifications, confirmation messages,...).

Attention to detail and always aiming for pixel design.
Understanding Product development process.
Understanding of research methods such as: Interview, Usability testing, Heuristic evaluation,...
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multi- tasks.
Understanding of common design pattern, Laws of UX.
Proficiency inFigma.
At least +3 years of experiencein Product/UIUX Design.
Knowledge of technical aspects and accounting knowledge (a plus).
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Proactive in work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
