Web UI/UX Senior Designer

• Design UI/UX applications on website, mobile, social media, event and workshop;
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
• Provide feedback and suggestions about improvements or alternative methods to more effectively communicate the desired message;
• Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message;
• Support Operations team including presentation design, brochures and promotional leaflets;
• Coordinate with PM/PO to create wireframe, demos, and ensure UI/UX design that conforms to product definition;
• Assist the Learning & Development Performance team in ensuring high- quality staff- training manuals aid in the teaching process;
• R&D new UI/UX trends to propose and update into developing products;
• Coordinate with technical team to ensure the implementation according to design;
• Produce design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces;
• Follow instructions from manager and incorporate required changes requested or recommended into final designs;

• Good verbal and written skills in English;
• Have knowledge of User Experience: UX Design Principles, UX Research;
• Graduated college or higher in graphic design or equivalent;
• Proficient skills with design applications (Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.);
• Have experience with building a Design system;
• At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX area;
• The ability to work with a distributed team;
• Have experience with Agile Scrum.
• Adobe After Effect skill set is optional but good to have
• Problem- solving skills, working under high pressure;
