ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
He/she will work collaboratively with the WISE, NIC, and other partners on the following tasks:
• Coordinate with WISE and NIC to present the platform at a workshop (launch of the website) for participants of WISE’s Training Partnership, with guidance on how to best use the website.
• Design communications material such as: Banners, backdrops, standees, flyers, posters, brochures, greeting cards, educational material, logos, brand identity for projects/campaigns, monthly E-newsletter, online mass mailings, website layouts etc.
• Train a minimum of three Training Partnership’s staffs on how to manage the new website and easy to read user guide/training guide.
• Develop the user-friendly (both on the front and back end) design, layout, structure, database, all including strong visual language and a responsive design for the bilingual TP’s website.
• Develop a clear and accessible user guide and troubleshooting manual for the website.
• Work with the 4IR Career Development Consultant to design and develop the website that is compatible with, and integrated into, the website of NIC
• Ensure that the platform has ways of tracking visitors (at a minimum) and, ideally, gathering information on those visitors (in terms of age, gender, educational background, work background).
• Provide guidance to WISE, NIC and partners on web hosting, security setups, and administration privileges and controls.
• Integrate effective search and aggregate functions that interact with social media platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, etc.), and linkages to an easily managed email newsletter as well as a way to manage visitors and those interested in receiving updates about career development information (career pathway and salaries for ICT and other jobs with relevant skill sets, etc.) and Training Partnership’s news.
The consultant will work with WISE and NIC, and report to the Team Leader, Quang Phan.
ACTIVITY DELIVERABLES
• Training Partnership’s website (expected to launch this website in December 2021-TBD) that is fully functional and integrated into the NIC website.
• Input to USAID WISE Reports, if needed.
