Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive Wedding Revenue
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic selling, upselling, and cross- selling opportunities.
Proactively generate and secure wedding business for An Lam Retreats properties.
Stay informed of market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Client & Wedding Planner Relations
Attend meetings with wedding planners to discuss concepts, timelines, and specific event requirements.
Build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with wedding planners and key industry partners.
Provide professional and personalized support to clients throughout the entire wedding journey.
Event Coordination & Execution
Oversee and support special wedding events to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Plan and coordinate wedding events in close collaboration with F&B, Operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
Manage and host food tastings according to brand standards.
Conduct site inspections and property tours for clients and planners.
Proposal & Contract Management
Follow up with clients to secure bookings and manage contract amendments when necessary.
Ensure all booking details and payments are updated and tracked properly.
Prepare and send customized proposals and contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
Internal Communication & Reporting
Manager, Wedding and Cluster DOSM or General Manager.
Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and client feedback to management.
Support special projects and additional assignments as required by Cluster Events Sales
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery.

Ability to handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
Strong communication and selling skills
Diploma of college or university completion and achievements of sales, marketing or F&B management.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills and can demonstrate ability to lead and develop other stars.
1 years of experience or more in similar role is an advantage Cross- cultural work exposure in a team setting.
Very good command over written and spoken English.
Good organization, project management and both short and long- term planning skills.
Knowledge of new product/service offerings and emerging technology supporting meetings and events.
