JOB BRIEF:
Wellness Manager is accountable for ensuring that all Spa & Wellness staff are capable and proficient in all their respective duties and day- to- day operational activities to meet the Resort’s objectives and standards. Other duties include ensuring that the Spa & Wellness areas are kept clean and manned at all times and maximizing profits of the Spa & Wellness through up- selling and presenting an inviting ambiance where every guest will enjoy a consistently excellent and memorable experience...

Having 3 to 5 years of working experience at 4, 5 star hotels/resorts at the concerned position
Excellent communication and listening skills
Broad knowledge of assigned program area(s) and the standards and regulations related to the programming
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and problem- solving skills
