Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage costs and drive revenue.
Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in culinary leadership, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant.
Solid knowledge of international and local cuisines.
