Wholesales Manager

The Wholesales Manager develops, implements, and communicates short- and long- term strategic sales goals that support the achievement of revenue, yield management and associated budgets; establishes appropriate account responsibility including recognition of new and repeat business opportunities; provides training to sales staff and initiates account development through strategies such as prospecting, direct mailings, tours and personal appointments; creates, reviews, and analyzes sales reports to report progress and develop initiatives to refocus on objectives as needed; books and services accounts including major accounts and group sales; coordinates with marketing and communication groups to develop appropriate sales informational materials; performs additional marketing and communications activities depending upon area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or business segment.
Liaise with the marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
Negotiate and close agreements with customers.
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
Stay up- to- date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on- board.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

* Working Hours: Mon- Fri (08:00- 12:00; 13:30- 17:30), Sat (08:00- 12:00)
* Location: Rivergate Residence, 151- 155 Ben Van Don, District 4, HCMC, Vietnam

Requirements:

Intermediate Degree in Export/ Import, Foreign Trade,… or equivalent;
Strong decision- making abilities.
Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Be able to work and cooperate with others
5+ years related experience Forwarding. Proven work experience as a similar senior sales role in the shipping industry.
Strong negotiation skills.
