Windows Application Engineer C#/C++

We are looking for an experienced
Windows Application Engineer
to join our team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing existing Windows- based desktop applications. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in
C and C++
, and a passion for solving complex problems in a collaborative environment.

Maintain and support legacy Windows desktop applications in a cross- functional team.
Refactor and enhance existing codebase while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Document technical changes, fixes, and enhancements clearly and thoroughly.
Collaborate with QA engineers to design and execute test plans for maintenance updates.
Optimize application performance and improve code quality.
Share technical knowledge and provide support to team members when needed.
Investigate and resolve software issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement bug fixes.

• Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming.
• At least 3 years of experience in Windows application development.
• Solid understanding of Windows application architecture and software development lifecycle.
• Good command of English, especially in reading and writing technical documentation.
• Experience with COM and MFC programming.
