Women Leadership in Tech Embedded Technical Manager

This role is at the heart of our mission to reshape the talent landscape through inclusive, forward- thinking talent management. As a Resource Manager, you will play a strategic role in nurturing, developing, and deploying talent effectively to meet dynamic project demands.
We’re empowering and promoting Women Leadership roles in Software Engineering within the Automotive domain, specifically in Power Solutions – Software & Controls.
Key Responsibilities

Availability of the right technical associates at the right time for the right projects
Collaboratively working with project- stream and talent- stream for technical issues
Increase of engineering efficiency
Well- nourished and well- orchestrated talent management and development
Developing and implementing technology road map for team
Effective risk management in technical complexity and volatility
Partnering with development functions for demand- supply management
Enable associates to find work aligned to the skills

Yêu cầu công việc

Must Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Proficiency in V- Model and Agile methodologies for effective project execution.
- Proven experience in the embedded systems field and in managing teams of 50+ members.
- Solid understanding of software requirements and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management with strong leadership and organizational development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor individuals, and support both technical and personal development.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively across departments and multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) practices.
- Experience in the automotive embedded systems field.
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification(s) preferred.
