Workday System Analyst

Support Ad hoc tasks such as execute automations, analyze data and create reports and dashboards.
Support implementing and maintaining BI solutions and automations.
Support troubleshooting HRIS system and user issues (level 1 and 2).
Responsible for maintenance, documentation, and enhancements of recurring processes and procedures.
Support HRIS system administration including security access, reporting, business process admin.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field required.
Min 1 year experience with managing HR systems- Workday is preferred but experience with other HR systems or ERP (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle...) will also be considered.
Knowledge of data systems and the ability to transform and shape large usable data sets
Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
