Workplace Designer

We are seeking a Workplace Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing interior spaces for businesses that meet the clients&039; needs, aesthetics, and budget. You will work with clients, architects, and other professionals to create designs that are functional, attractive, and help boost productivity.
Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to share design and construction expertise in order to create inventive, well- crafted environments
Collaborate to develop client solutions and solve complex problems
As a Workplace Designer, you will be an integral part of the project team, collaborating on design concepts, product selections, and construction documentation.
Interface consistently and proactively with clients to ensure a smooth project delivery from inception to closure
Establish and maintain a high level of trust between the project team, client and other project stakeholders
Brainstorm with in- house strategic planners to consider new solutions that address cultural opportunities in each project and redefine our understanding of everyday paradigms
Mentor and coach junior designers for enhances teamwork and skill- building
Prepare, deliver and win design presentation opportunities for new medium- large sized projects on a consistent basis
Manage team drawings, studies, specifications and other project tasks on multiple projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling software, Photoshop, and Illustrator
3+ years of commercial interior design experience
Ability to create and present design concepts to clients and project teams
Understanding of building codes and project coordination
Strong design portfolio showcasing commercial interior design projects
Experience with space planning, schematic design, and design development
Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
Bachelor&039;s degree in Architecture Interior Design or related field
