The percent of salary raises each year is less than 10% ( in case you get promotion, you will get from 8-12%). Some persons get less than 1%. Almost Employees salary are about 400$ to 1000$. So the rate is really low in Viet Nam.

Lots of politics problems in company between management and with staff.

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
