This project’s objective is to build a flexible Dashboard platform designed for the easy visualisation of management reporting data. The initial audience is procurement professionals in the food industry. The tool is quite generic and would easily port to other industries and professionsMinTec provided to NT team high level requirement (the concept, ideas) so effectively the project will be undertaken by using NT Agile/Scrum development model that is a flexible approach allows MinTec and NT will work closely throughout project lifecycle and changes can be made and turn into production timely.NT and MinTec will together to control project budget so that the budget will be used effectively, and maximize investment efficiency (e.g. any changes/ events that could impact to project budget that NT will notice to MinTec so that both side to work out the resolution and manage under Change Control process).

The Proposed system is to replace the existing CRM system with a business relationship management system, replicating all the existing functionalities of the current system. The new system shall also include new features such as:
• Company manager feature: manager all company register from registration …Easy to check company activity like: tax, income profit, financial report.
• Opportunity: register profit and show report.
• System log replace for system log in old system, save to database, easy to find and export.
• Contact: manager all contact that registered using in another module.

- User module: receive data from other API to process and show user activities like: buy lot of beer in Lunar New Year by Tiger manufacture.
- Product module: calculate the frequency product has been bought and suggest to manager.
