The project will be handover on time base on the technologies that is the trust worthy contractor of client. Beside, reducing the investment cost as save the labor, material which been increase the profit for company. So the technology, schedule and the profit that bring client to us.

- Make the management plan for Myanmar projects.
- Support site manager to make the scope, schedule, cost management plan for each of project.

- Support Vietnam procurement department (procurement dept of company) to complete the import / export document. Contact with Myanmar logistic dept to clarify, revise document and clearance with custom officer. Speed up the import material schedule to met the project's plan.
- Estimate & plan cost management including income value (the monthly payment from client) and outcome value (operation, human, material cost...) for all projects in Myanmar to balance the cash flow.
- Request payment to client base on the actual construction schedule.
- Report to director, deputy director about schedule, statement and cost of projects every week.
- Join meeting, confidence with client to get the information for new projects.
- Support site manager to execute, monitor & control for construction work follow project management plan.
- Organize training classes to improve & enhance hard and soft skill for engineers.
