• Approve quotation
• Perform annual performance appraisal of related auditors, business development executives, and assistants
• Perform on- site audits if necessary
• Propose strategy and participate in sales and marketing process for programs in charge
• Perform shadow audits and parallel audits when necessary
• Coordinate with Program Managers and certifiers to ensure certifications are made on time
• Manage planning of audits, e.g approve monthly audit schedule
• Recruit new auditors
• Train and monitor new auditors
• Manage relationships with clients/ prospects;
• Support in the development of new programs
• Ensure audit reports are completed on time
• Assist in the handling of complaints and appeals

・Language: English- Business Level
・Age: 30~45 years old
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree
・Gender: Any
・Experience:
- Working experience in Environment/ forestry/ agriculture industries of at least 10 years including 3 years of experience as Auditor/ consultancy
・Have knowledge of Carbon Credit, Climate Change.
・Able to travel abroad

<Preferable Skill / Experience>・Have education background in agriculture/forestry/environment
