General management
- Lead the Department&039;s staff to promote team spirit, ensure the good implementation of the department&039;s tasks and goals.
- Be responsible for the Department&039;s sales and business performance each month, quarter, and year.
- Assign and negotiate staff&039;s business targets to ensure the overall targets of the Department.
- Communicate regulations and requirements of leadership to Department employees.
- Inspect, supervise, and urge the implementation of business plans and goals
- Responsible for overall management and control of all activities of the Business Development department.
- Train, develop, and evaluate employee capacity
- Encourage employees to comply with the Company&039;s policies/rules, and ensure that department activities are carried out according to approved rules.
Team building and advisory
- Advise on building medium and long- term business plans and strategies, expanding agents, sales policies, and business targets.
- Advise on building organizational structure and human resource planning
- Consult on policies, markets, similar products on the market, and competitors&039; products.
- Develop, organize, and standardize processes, rules, and regulations related to wholesale business.
- Orient, build, and make business plans and action plans suitable for the Company for each period and each stage.
Business activities
- Understand clearly the attributes, functions, prices, policies, advantages of the product, similar products on the market, and competitors&039; products.
- Develop, search, and exploit new customers and clients nationwide
- Assign and supervise the implementation of bid documents to participate in bidding and understand customer needs.
- Maintain existing business relationships, and regularly visit customers.
- Monitor, supervise, and organize work implementation from the beginning of the Contract to the end of the Contract.
- Research the market, analyze competitors in the same field, and create a strategic business development plan monthly/ quarterly/ yearly.
- Monitor and urge customer debts, ensure debts are paid on time.
