101425 - Warehouse Manager (Fulfillment Site) - Logistics

- Work Location: Duc Hoa District, Long An Province

- Monthly Salary: 23M ~ 28M

Team Leadership:
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Lead and supervise a team of fulfillment and logistics professionals.
Order Fulfillment Oversight:
- Implement best practices to optimize order fulfillment workflows.
- Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery.
Inventory Management:
- Implement efficient replenishment processes to support order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts or overstocks.
- Collaborate with inventory control teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Logistics Coordination:
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on- time delivery.
- Work closely with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to optimize transportation and delivery processes.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with third- party logistics providers.
Quality Control:
- Address and resolve any issues related to order accuracy, damaged products, or customer complaints.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and condition of shipped products.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment and logistics.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in fulfillment operations.
- Implement improvements to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Cross- Functional Collaboration:
- Address and resolve cross- functional issues that may impact order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to align fulfillment strategies with overall business objectives.

- Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software.

- Excellent organizational and problem- solving abilities.
- Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree (priority in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field)
- Ability to work in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.

- Proven experience from 5 years in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management.
