102226 - Accounting Service Manager - Consulting

- Work Location: District 01, HCM

<Position Objective/Expectation > The Manager is responsible for all areas relating to providing financial, accounting, and tax services to Clients. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The Manager supervises some Junior and Senior consultants and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position addresses tight deadlines.

- Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
- Support Managing Director with special projects and workflow process improvements.
- Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
- Ensure the timely sending of all monthly financial statements of Clients.
- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year- end close.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the firm.

・Experiences:
- At least 5 years of experience in the accounting and tax service field (with 3 years in managerial position)
- Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel.
- Working experience in international accounting and tax services firms (Big 4) is preferable.
- CPA, CPTA, APC certification is preferable.
