Position: Assistant Design Manager- Construction

Responsibility

- Perform the initial design phase and detailed design phases of Architectural/Structure design work for projects requiring interface and collaborate with various disciplines, clients, and consultants.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, manage, and oversee the work.
- Coordinate with other disciplines.
- Execute code analysis, material selections, and technical solutions.
- Conduct site and construction inspections for information- gathering purposes, prepare interpretive reports.
- Work closely with the Design and Construction team during the building process.
- Perform analysis of design and construction systems, planning studies, design layouts, and construction details.
- Analyze design and construction systems, design layouts, and construction features, which require researching, compiling, and recording information for assigned project work.
- Communicate with the clients and their managers to create building drawings, renderings, or models, to meet client&039;s needs and comply with any local, state, or federal regulations
- Prepare Architectural plans, and/or supervise their execution.
- Other related tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Oversee research used in writing specifications, including coordinating with manufacturers.
- Work with, and coordinate with the architectural/engineering team in preparing drawings and documents for projects focused on.

- Monthly Salary: 21,600,000～28,800,000VND

- Working location: Hai Duong or HN office

Requirements

・Age: 28- 35 years old
・Language: English Business level
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in architecture or structure.
・Experience:
- Have 5 to 8 years of working experience in relevant positions.
- Experience in Japanese construction companies (commercial projects)
- Excellent design, technical detailing, and strong presentation skills, both verbal and visual
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>- Can use Rhino, 3- D Max, Sketch- up

- Good teamwork
- Good problem- solving skills
- Client- oriented.
