Position: Senior Purchasing cum Operations Executive- Real Estate
Responsibility
- Resolve any supply, quality, or delivery issues promptly. Track and expedite orders to ensure on- time delivery;
- Other tasks will be assigned by Head of Department
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure accuracy in terms of quantity, specifications, and pricing. Coordinate and supervise contracting and uphold company policy of 3 quotations required;
- Ensure the timely and cost- effective procurement of materials and services required for our operations with experience in a field related to building engineering or maintenance of equipment related to building operations and operations support to Managers
- Prospect and conduct ongoing market intelligence to identify and develop potential suppliers as per the Company&039;s needs; Negotiate and establish favorable terms and agreements with suppliers. Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and specifications
- Monthly Salary: 24,000,000～31,700,000VND
- Working location: CAU GIAY DIST., HA NOI
- Take charge of all activities of procurement and operations support to the Company&039;s project(s);

Requirements

・Gender: Any
・Age: 30- 45 years old.
・Experience: 3- 5 years of experience in a field related to building engineering or maintenance of equipment related to building operations and administrative tasks.
・Language: English at Business level
・Bachelor&039;s Degree and above

- Highly independent with a strong sense of responsibility and highest ethical standards & Strong negotiator
