Position: Production Planning Staff- Manufacturing
Job Code: 103070
Responsibility
- Follow up with monthly production plan and production result.
- Confirm and follow up with the delivery plan and update the delivery schedule on the system.
- Issue production orders on SAP and follow up with production results on the system.
- Control inventory system. Investigate and adjust different stocks. Control borrow, lending and NG stocks.
- Issue training documents and follow up with the department training plan, execute related examinations.
- Create production schedules for each customer&039;s order and follow up with other departments.
- Follow up and control the design change or any other changing point.
- Arrange physical inventory monthly and annually.
- Daily report to production management, and submit improvement (kaizen) ideas.
- Create material plans for each component and material management based on the production plan.
- Update monthly KPI, quality report, and other tasks as requested by head of departments.
- Monitor WPI (wholesale price index), and improve warehouse operations to achieve WPI.
- Working location: Tiên Du, Bắc Ninh
- Monthly Salary: 13,000,000～15,000,000VND

Requirements

・Age: 25- 35 (negotiable)
・Gender: Any
・Education: College Degree
・Language: English intermediate or Japanese intermediate level
・Experience: Have 3 years of Production control, planning or related positions.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>Have experience working with SAP or similar systems.
