103566 - Japanese Speaking - Sales Executive - Trading

Working Location: District 1, HCMC

Responsibility

- Negotiate trade terms with customers and suppliers;
- Make weekly, monthly, and semi- annual report to Sale Manager and General Director;
- Visit customers and suppliers periodically.
- Realize other works concerning to sales under the assignation of Sale Manager and General Director.
- Look for suppliers, consumers of chemical/electrical/electronic products, and others, develop new customers.
- Follow- up and manage sales contracts- purchase orders, manage inventory, cash drawer and deposits.
- Meet monthly and annually sales objectives and targets for turnover;
- Execute sales and promotional campaigns for new and existing products;
- Contact- negotiate, grow, and develop relationships with suppliers and consumers;

Requirement
- Be responsible, honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, good at communication, and aspiration to work for a long time at our company.
- Prefer to expert on export- import procedures
- Language skills: Japanese- Business Level AND English- Intermediate Level
- Prefer candidates that have a Chemical Certificate (not a must)
- Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in sales B2B, knowledge of looking for new customers and suppliers, used to work in the factory.
- Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
