103917 - Productions Shift Manager - Pharmaceuticals

- Work Location: Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province

- Monthly Salary: 30M ~ 40M VND

- Ensuring efficient and timely productions.
- Tracking of the production department’s operation.
- Combining with another department to reach factory goals.
- The primary focus is to ensure the efficient and compliant production of high- quality products
- Meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment.

- Monitor non – conformance prevention and CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) progress.
- Manage and supervise all activities related to product quality in the Company and ensure that these activities comply with SOP, GMP…
- Check all documents, editor SOP,..
- Ensure that production operating must be according to the standards & SOP regulation and other relevant quality standards.
- Take charge of conducting bubble points test and water intrusion test on filters according to SOP & Quality standards.
- Verification of records omissions and compliance with SOP, and GMP.
- Monitor production progress, addressing any delays or issues to maintain production efficiency.
- Review manufacturing records and trend logs to manage abnormal trends.
- Implement standard operating procedures for production operations
- Co- ordinate other managers to resolve problems that concern product quality
- Ensure the accurate preparation of batches following Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and daily production plans.
- Another task according to the Factory Director&039;s request.
- Oversee the proper execution of Clean in Place (CIP) and Sterilization In Plan (SIP) procedures on tanks and ensure general maintenance activities according to SOP.
- Supervise/ monitor SOP compliance between production and Quality Unit (QU)

・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree, major in Pharmacy
・Language: English- Business Level or Japanese- Business Level
・Experience: At least 03 years of experience as a Production Shift Manager in the Pharmaceutical field.
- Have good management and leadership skills
- Provide training and support to enhance employee technical skills and knowledge.
- Critical thinking, and problem- solving skills
- Honestly and develop a team of production supervisors and operators
- Have the ability to keep a team motivated
- Have good time management
