Technical service cum production manager

We are now seeking a Technical Service cum production Manager to build up a new production factory and maintenance system and a production team. This position helps to create all SOPs and work instructions for the new production team (English and Vietnamese) as a new production site in Vietnam for the US- based cooperation in Nhon Trach II- Loc Khang.

Be able to travel abroad for training or business trips sometimes
Demonstrate good judgment and good problem- solving skills.
Experience in setting up the production team, setting up the new production line
Vietnamese not more than 45 years old
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet, and ERP), process engineering software systems
Minimum 5 years of experience as a maintenance lead or process engineer
Knowledge and experience in setting up production processes, SOPs, Work instructions…
Fluently in English in both speaking and writing
Have experience with PLC control systems; Lean and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Advanced technical skills.
Ability to project manage.
Can commute to the workplace at Nhon Trach II, Dong Nai on her/his own.
Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
Can work independently and be a team player.
Experience working with CAD and AutoCAD or related software.
Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
Must hold minimum engineering degree in the electrical engineering field. Have experience and be able to work with PLC.
Benefits:
Salary: negotiation from 1 KUSD gross
13th month salary
30 K VND for a meal/one working day.
