- Working location: District 01, HCMC

Market Analysis and Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends to develop appropriate and effective sales strategies.
Sales Strategy Development: Propose and implement detailed and comprehensive sales strategies to increase sales revenue and expand market share in the field of fertilizer.
Employee Training and Development: Train and develop sales staff to enhance their capabilities and work performance.
Data Management and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales data to evaluate performance and propose improvement measures.
Customer Relationship Management and Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and key partners to optimize sales opportunities.
Contract Negotiation and Business Agreement: Participate in negotiations with customers and partners to secure profitable and sustainable sales contracts.
Leadership and Management of Sales Department: Manage and guide sales managers and sales teams to achieve sales targets and performance objectives.

- Willingness to business travel as needed.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
- Excellent leadership skills, strategic management ability, and team- work ability.
- Language: English- Business Level.
- Experience: At least 3 years (for Manager) and 7- 10 years (for Deputy GM/GM) in sales management with experience in fertilizer or agricultural industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
