<Position Objective/Expectation >In charge of "sales planning", develop and implement strategies to achieve targets and increase sales for the TT sales force.

Research and analysis of the TT market
In considering what activities the TT sales force should perform to achieve its goals, the first step is to conduct market research and analysis.

Analysis of company&039;s products and servicesBased on market research, analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the company&039;s products and services and differentiate them from competitors&039; products and services

Formulate and implement sales and promotional strategies based on the analysisDevelop sales strategies for TT customers, prepare materials to be used when proposing products, execute sales promotion events, etc.

・Language: English- Business Level
・Experience:
- Having more than 3 years of experience in Sales Planning in FMCG
- Having good knowledge of FMCG industry
- Analytical skills to understand data correctly
- Ability to see things from multiple perspectives
- Communication skills to strengthen cooperation with all parties within the company
- Ability to formulate and execute feasible plans
- Appealing ability to introduce products in an attractive manner

・High English skills
・Having business support experience in a Japanese company
・Having working experience in a Japanese company
・Have high communication skill
