- Working location: District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

- Monthly Salary: 30M ~ 48M VND

Work on financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for acquired companies
Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data and insights, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reliable forecasting
Other tasks associated with M&A, strategic investment, as well as Financial Planning & Analysis
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision- making regarding M&A, strategic initiatives, capital investments, and growth opportunities
Provide analytical support for mergers, acquisitions, and other business initiatives
Improve financial status by analyzing results and variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions
Monitor industry trends, economic conditions, and competitive landscape to assess potential impacts on the company&039;s financial performance
Conduct variance analysis to improve the business performance of acquired companies

・Bachelor degree- Finance, Accounting, and business- related
・Language: English Upper Business level (for internal and use in meetings)
・Experience:
- Having 8- 10 years of working experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, internal control, internal audit, or related fields
- Having working experience in a middle- sized or large- sized foreign company
・Others: Having can- do attitude and working independently
