The Financial Planning Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and planning, budgeting and forecasting, and financial modeling. This is a full- time on- site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is a fast paced startup environment so the job is agile and covers a wide range of knowledge and practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cost Control and Management: Monitor and analyze costs across different departments. Provide recommendations to optimize cost structures and improve efficiency.
Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis. Analyze financial data to provide insights into business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and maintenance of the company‘s budgets and financial forecasts. Work with all departments to gather data and create detailed budgets and forecasts that align with the company‘s goals.
Cross- functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as accounting, operations, sales, and marketing to gather information and provide financial guidance.
Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports for management and key stakeholders, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Create ad hoc reports as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor‘s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
Analytical skills- ability to interpret and analyze financial data;
Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools, such as Excel, financial modeling software, and business intelligence platforms.
From 01- 03 years of experience in the high volume transaction, e- commerce industry, Big 4 or consulting firms is a plus;
Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and principles;
Excellent communication skills to present financial data and analysis to non- finance stakeholders effectively.
Fast learner, detailed oriented, solution oriented, efficient time management, a refreshing personality with a positive can do attitude.
