- Monthly Salary: 18,000,000～40,000,000VND

Responsibility

The B/D drawing will be done within 1 week, and the D/D drawing will be drawn within the next 1 week. In total, this work can be done within 2 weeks.
・Most design projects have a total floor area of ​​about 10,000 ~ 20,000 m2.
・Organize a meeting to discuss with the investor, record and understand the requirements, and then draw the construction site in the indicated land area.
Record required conditions from the investor, based on Vietnamese regulations and fire prevention laws to draw Basic/Design floor plans (hereinafter referred to as B/D), draw drawings Detail/Design details (hereinafter referred to as D/D) in the land being indicated.
Design and construction

D/D:Detailed floor plan drawings, detailed wall completion drawings, building cross- section drawings (east, west, south, north), detailed toilet drawings, detailed stairs drawings, ceiling drawings, floor finishing drawings, cross- sectional drawings of areas, detailed cross- sectional drawings (kanabakarizu)

B/D:List of drawings, list of areas, location drawings of items in the land (construction ratio, green ratio), interior completion table, exterior completion table, floor plan (1st floor, 2nd floor, roof), exterior drawings (including trees, roads, storm drains), door and window drawing catalog, door and window detail drawings, standard drawings of walls (conventional/fireproof), guard house, electrical room, pump room, water tank, pipe rack.

Requirements

・Experience: Have experience as the main architect (for factory) for more than 5 projects or more than 5 years
・Gender: Any
・Has a level 1 degree in Vietnamese architecture.
・Drawings can be adjusted with the structural mechanical and electrical designers.
・Have a deep understanding of Vietnam&039;s construction standards (QCVN) and fire prevention regulations.
・Age: 27- 45 years old
・Language: English Business level
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree
・Can draw in 3D.
