Position: [Ha Noi] Technical Engineer- Robotics

Responsibility
Presale activities
• Conduct product, application training, and maintenance training for SI and end- users
• Support SI and end- users on offering complete solutions with robot, vision, and 3rd party integration
• Guide sales engineers on responses to market demands, requirements, and competition activities
• Teamwork working and team player with department members to achieve a team goal
• Support SI / EU (End- user) for POC as well as work closely with the sales team to progress leads through successful POC
• Create and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, and customers, understand their needs, and provide specialist support and solutions.
• Manage and maintain solution centers and demo units: Operational, tidiness, safety & cleanliness
• Support system integrator (SI) and end- users to resolve application issues.
• Work with sales team to propose/offer correct products or solutions to SI/customers
• Render technical support to sales promotion activities such as hybrid webinars/seminars/roadshows & exhibitions.
Service activities
• Work with RHQ Service/technical team to identify root causes of technical issues, and support internal junior engineers to resolve customers&039; application issues.
• Identify potential authorized service partners to appoint and support customer
• Provide technical support by identifying technical problems and determining corrective actions in one&039;s own area of expertise via remote or on- site service in any service category (installation and commissioning; maintenance; repairs; engineering and consulting; advanced services; extensions, upgrades, and retrofits; end- of- life services, replacements, etc.)
• Report any technical/contract/quality/program/cost issues to RHQ early on, along with recommendations for resolution.
• Identify opportunities for end- users to promote sales of Parts & Services.
• Work with RHQ (Regional Headquarter) & SEA countries to perform after- sales service to global customers
• Propose & quote spare parts and service support to channel partners and customers and ensure timely billings of service provided
• Attend service calls on- site or online within the expected turnaround time
