<Job Responsibilities>After the licensing deal is confirmed, this position will take on the very important role of realizing the project into the qualified outputs and meeting the expected timeline.
Creative orientationBA will host the creative orientation to explain and inspire licensees how to use character material to develop the designs.
Design reviewBe able to review the designs carefully before sending them to the licensor. Make sure it is completed and fulfills all the feedback & guidelines.
ConsultationWork closely with the licensee to develop the design idea that fits their objectives and also follows the character guidelines.
NegotiationMost of the time, there will be a conflict between the licensee’s idea and the character guidelines, so BA will help to find a new idea to fulfill both. On the other hand, BA will explain and convince the licensor to allow us to make the necessary adjustments to the guidelines to fit the Vietnamese market. Etc.
Manage multiple projectsAt the same time, we have several ongoing submissions from several licensees. Each project also requires a tight & focused schedule. BA needs to be organized and keep everything on track.
Submission and follow- upSend the submission to the licensor and follow up on their feedback. In most cases, the standard approval timing might not match the expected timeline from the licensee, as each submission round needs 7- 10 working days to get the licensor&039;s feedback. So BA also needs to discuss with licensees in advance to align the working process, also figure out the way to work with the licensor effectively.

・Experience: 5+ years of experience in a related field (character design project management, Licensed character designs)
・Language: English Business level
・Skill:
- Can come up with an idea that works for both licensee and licensor.
- Can understand visual designs, branding, basic manufacturing, etc., even if they are not a designer.
- Can solve any of the issues. (It happened every day with different patterns through)
- Can individually manage and realize the project with very high responsibility.
- Be able to supervise all character designs with the proper understanding of Client / Rights owner / Consumer needs
